The impact speaks for itself
We care about what people have to say – about us, about our work and about their real life experiences with us.
Moving into our own space has completely transformed the way we work at Rebus Medical. With Kerr’s expertise, we now have a flexible, well-designed environment that truly meets our needs. Not only does it give our growing team plenty of room, but it also allows us to host on-site research sessions and make the most of those spaces even when we’re not running client projects. Kerr made the process seamless, and were able to accommodate co pressed timelines; the result is a workspace that supports both collaboration and innovation.
Chris White Rebus Medical, DirectorWhat impressed us the most, was the quality of the finished work. The craftsmanship throughout the office is impeccable; everything from the flooring to the custom-designed furniture to the intricate lighting design speaks to the high standards that Kerr adheres to. Even more impressive was their ability to complete the fit-out with many moving pieces, obstacles and unexpected spanners in the works.... on time!
Jack Thompson ABM Alliance, Founder & Co-CEOThe entire team at Kerr were amazing from start to finish. They were only given a short amount of time to design and deliver a new state of the art CCTV centre for GWR, and so this project was always going to be a big challenge for a contractor, given the parameters they needed to work within. However, the team handled the challenge extremely well and everything seemed to run smoothly throughout. The team gave me the confidence throughout the project works, that the project would be delivered to the standards required and all stakeholders involved have advised me since as to how impressed they were by their urgency to try to resolve problems and inform them as to how the project was progressing. Thankyou for making the project such a great success.
Samantha Green GWR, Project ManagerGot a question? We’re here to help.
Every workplace project is different, but these are some of the questions we're asked most often. If you can't find what you're looking for, our team is always happy to help.
Do I need to have found a building before speaking to Kerr?
No. In fact, involving us early often leads to better outcomes. We can help you assess potential buildings, identify opportunities and constraints, and advise whether a space is likely to support your current and future needs. Drawing on our workplace design and fit-out experience, we can often spot considerations that may not be obvious until much later in the process, helping you make more informed decisions before any commitments are made.
How early should we involve Kerr in a workplace project?
As early as possible. Whether you're considering a relocation, refurbishment or workplace review, we can help shape the brief, evaluate options and provide guidance from the outset. Early involvement gives you greater clarity and confidence in the decisions you're making.
How much disruption should we expect during a workplace project?
Every project is different, but minimising disruption is always a priority. We work closely with clients to plan projects around operational requirements, maintaining clear communication throughout and finding practical ways to keep business running smoothly wherever possible.
Our responsibility extends beyond your organisation too. Whether it's neighbouring businesses in the same building, adjacent premises or the wider local area, we carefully consider the impact of our work on those around us. By planning ahead, communicating clearly and managing projects responsibly, we aim to minimise disruption for everyone affected by the project.
Can Kerr Office Group manage the entire project?
Yes. Many clients choose Kerr because they want a single trusted partner to guide them through the entire process. We can support every stage of a workplace project, from workplace strategy and building assessments through to design, fit-out, furniture installation and ongoing facilities support.
By bringing these services together under one roof, we provide a clear point of accountability and help remove much of the complexity that often comes with workplace projects. Rather than coordinating multiple suppliers, consultants and contractors, you'll have one team overseeing the process, managing communication and ensuring every element works together seamlessly.
Whether you're relocating, refurbishing an existing space or delivering a multi-site programme, our role is to keep the project moving forward, provide clear advice and give you confidence that every detail is being taken care of.
Can you provide furniture without a full fit-out project?
Yes. Furniture can be delivered as a standalone service or as part of a wider workplace project. As an authorised Herman Miller dealer, and through our partnerships with a range of leading manufacturers, we help organisations source high-quality furniture that supports the way their people work, often securing favourable pricing and greater choice than they might achieve independently.
Our firm is known for being friendly and down to earth as well as professional, yet our offices didn’t reflect that culture. Thanks to Kerr, we have now been able to bring it to life in a much more usable space, and we’ve really valued their guidance and efficiency throughout the process
