Swindon | Hybrid | Part-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary
At Kerr Office Group, we take pride in creating workspaces that make a real difference to how people feel and perform. But behind every showstopping office design and seamless build, there’s something fundamental that holds it all together: safety.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Part-Time Health & Safety Manager. Someone who shares our commitment to excellence and wants to play a key role in keeping our people, projects, and clients safe.
Why are we recruiting for this role?
This role isn’t just a box-ticking exercise. We’re looking for someone who understands that great Health & Safety leadership goes hand in hand with great culture. Someone who can spot risks before they arise, engage teams on site and bring a proactive mindset to every project.
You’ll take ownership of how we manage Health & Safety across the business. From reviewing manuals and coordinating training, to supporting tender bids and visiting sites. You’ll keep our certifications up to date, make sure our teams are operating to the highest standards and help us continually raise the bar.
We know this is a role that demands precision and confidence. So we’re looking for someone NEBOSH-qualified, with experience on projects worth £5M or more. You’ll be analytical, detail-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities. But above all, you’ll care about doing the right thing and making a positive impact.
At Kerr, we’re a family-run business built on values that guide everything we do. We exceed expectations. We’re curious. We take pride in our craft. We own our actions. And we treat each other like family. If those principles sound like you, you’ll fit right in.
What’s in it for you?
We offer a competitive salary, a health cash plan, flexible hybrid working, and 32 days holiday, including bank holidays. You’ll also enjoy access to discounts, a pension scheme, and regular social events.
And, as a B1G1 Business for Good, every project we complete contributes to something bigger, helping charitable causes across the world.
So if you’re ready to join a team where safety, quality and people all come first, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now to become Kerr’s next Health & Safety Manager.
Our firm is known for being friendly and down to earth as well as professional, yet our offices didn’t reflect that culture. Thanks to Kerr, we have now been able to bring it to life in a much more usable space, and we’ve really valued their guidance and efficiency throughout the process
