A creative workspace designed around its people
  • OFFICE DESIGN

[here] Bristol

The opportunity

[here] wanted a workplace that reflected the way its people work today while creating an environment that encouraged connection, collaboration and creativity.

The project provided an opportunity to rethink the use of the available space and create a more engaging workplace experience. The focus was on balancing practical working requirements with spaces that encourage people to meet, share ideas and spend time together.

The approach

Kerr Office Group developed a workplace design focused on flexibility and usability. Different areas of the workspace were given clear purposes, allowing employees to move between focused work, meetings, collaboration and informal interaction.

Furniture, finishes and interior details were carefully considered to create a cohesive environment with a contemporary character. The fit-out was then delivered as a coordinated project, bringing the design concept into the finished workplace.

The impact

The completed workspace gives [here] a more engaging environment designed around the needs of its people.

The combination of collaborative and focused areas provides greater choice throughout the working day, while the refreshed interior creates a welcoming and professional experience for visitors.
