- OFFICE DESIGN, FIT-OUT, FURNITURE
Optima Wiltshire
The opportunity
Optima wanted to create a modern workplace that would better support its people, improve the use of its available space and provide an environment that reflected the organisation’s professional approach.
The brief was centred around creating a practical and welcoming workspace, balancing individual focus with opportunities for collaboration and informal interaction. The aim was to make the office work harder for the people using it every day while creating a polished environment for visitors and clients.
The approach
Kerr Office Group developed a considered workplace solution that brought together space planning, interior design, furniture and fit-out. The layout was planned around the different ways people use the workplace, creating a combination of focused working areas, collaborative spaces and areas for informal connection.
Careful consideration was given to finishes, furniture and the overall visual identity of the space, creating a cohesive environment that balances functionality with a contemporary workplace aesthetic.
The impact
The completed workspace provides Optima with a more functional and engaging environment designed around the needs of its people.
By making better use of the available space and introducing a more considered workplace layout, the project creates an environment that supports focused work, collaboration and day-to-day interaction.
