Working with clients such as Dyson you are bound to be asked to innovate. Like any busy office environment minimal disruption is key. We enjoyed the challenge of co-ordinating several teams to make sure the customers calling in to the centre would not be left waiting. The brief was clear: Dyson wanted to equip their call centres with new hot-desk bench systems, as well as data management, lockers, break-out and canteen facilities. This included moving various departments within the existing site and to the new Chippenham facility. To minimise disruption, each area was completed in phases and with only a few hours to complete each section, we had several teams working at once.
