Who are we

Kerr Office Group are forward thinking, high end commercial interior design and build specialists. We’re ambitious and we’re growing. We’re renowned for designing and creating commercial spaces with the wow factor. Inspirational and successful workspaces and environments for our clients - an impressive roster of well-known household names. All of our work is undertaken to the highest standard, and our people embody our passion for perfection. You’ll never hear us say ‘that’ll do’ and our top quality craftsmanship and aftercare translate to an unrivalled client retention rate.

What you'll be doing

Predominantly this is a management role – so the majority of your time will be spent supporting the management of the project, site and team on a day to day basis. Making sure our health and safety processes and procedures are in check, monitoring resources and supporting the team to provide the quality workmanship Kerr Office Group are renowned for. But as well as the management, we’ll expect to see you bringing your practical skills and this role will involve being ‘on the tools’ for around 30% of your time.

Who you'll be

You’ll have worked in a similar role previously, and have experience of working on small to medium sized commercial projects. You’ll understand the intricacies of managing on-site teams, and you’ll have a blend of management and practical skills that you can bring to this role to move projects forward, alongside a working proficiency in Microsoft Office. It possibly goes without saying – however our reputation is built on our passion for quality, and we would expect you to embody that in every project, ensuring the finish is perfect and our clients are delighted.

What's in it for you

We have serious plans for rapid growth and we need a team behind us who share our drive and passion. This is the opportunity to be an integral part of a growing and industry leading business in the commercial interiors sector. We work 7.30am - 4pm on site, but we hope that you’d be flexible on that if we needed you to be - and we’ll do the same in return. And last but not least - we’re offering a salary of £14ph-£16ph (dependent on experience), plus overtime at time and a half, after 37.5 hours (per week).
