Kerr Office Group is growing, and to support that growth, we are hiring for a Researcher. You’ll be working as part of a fast paced and driven Sales team, using your experience in commercial property and CRM systems to compile the data that’s key to generating growth.

What you’ll be doing
As a Researcher, you’ll be the glue of the Sales team, responsible for correlating data on Prospective Clients, Agencies and Landlords, instrumental in the early stages of the lead sales cycle. Building intelligence to produce Dashboards and Reports that provide informative and actionable intelligence, enabling the team to make quick but informed business decisions.
In regular contact with the Networker and Sales team, to assist with the evaluation, input and progression of Leads on our CRM and uncovering further information as needed. Contributing additional strategic direction to established Leads, ensuring every potential opportunity is uncovered for Kerr.
You’ll also support our Design team to gather useful information to include in pitch documentation and presentations.
Taking responsibility for entering and maintaining any Opportunities and Projects within our CRM system, carrying out regular data health checks and ensuring Call Queues are maintained and Leads are followed up, ensuring all fields are completed and maintained.
Who you’ll be
You’ll live and breathe all things analytical. With previous experience in commercial property, you’ll have an impressive knowledge of the sector and how it operates. You’ll love the challenge of unearthing opportunities and finding key decision makers, with an inquisitive and methodical mindset.
You’ll be a whizz with IT systems and understand the need to be adaptable as and when requirements change. You will be in your element managing various schedules and workloads, responsible for managing your own time with the work delegated to you.
Your excellent communication skills mean that no detail gets overlooked, and you’ll quickly become the lynchpin of the Sales team.
A pro-active and ‘growth mindset’, contributing idea’s to constantly improve and develop the sales system to ensure Kerr are always moving forward.
You will be highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel, CRM and commercial real estate systems.
This is a new role for Kerr, so there isn’t someone to shadow, your ability to think laterally and methodically is critically important to the success of this position.
Finally, you will have a solid 3 years minimum experience in the commercial property sector, possessing a Driving license and access to a car.
